I am new to the area and had to bring in one of my cats, who is the worst patient ever. Dr. Khan and staff were patience with my agitated cat, Mei-ling, and Dr. explained everything she was doing. I appreciate their honesty and concern for the my cat and not trying to push unnecessary procedures on me. I'm very impressed!

Vet made us wait 40 to 45 minutes in examination room. Left without seeing the vet as no one came by to apologize or say that they were dealing with something so it would be a while. No, just 40 to 45 mins waiting in a small, very warm examination room. We could actually hear the vet was taking a personal phone call at the time as he was laughing while taking his long phone call.
Perviously (the 1st visit) when we saw the other vet on staff, he was quite cold and gruff. He didn't know basic knowledge about our breed. The other vet was very difficult to understand when he spoke as English must not be his first language. He has a strong accent but more so it was the poor communication skills and not using full sentences when he spoke.
When I called and politely (I hate conflict and try to avoid it) asked to have my dog's file transfered to our new vet's email, the lady speaking on the phone was quick, abrupt, and rude.
