MUST READ!! Everybody is saying what a horrible Vet Dr Gavin is. That he is rude and cold towards the very animals he is "caring" for. Well, I HAVE ANOTHER LEVEL to tell you about. I brought my happy, healthy, loving and lovable puppy in to get fixed, but after Dr Gavin did surgery on her, she is no longer with us. When asked why and how this happened, the most intelligent reply he could come up with was "I don't know". That's it..."I don't know" is all he had to say. Well for this puppy, who was a huge part of the family since the day we brought her home, that was not a good enough answer. When we pushed for a better answer than that, Dr Gavin got offensive by throwing it back in my face, saying that it was our fault because we didn't do other OPTIONAL tests, all tests that cost more money. He is cold, heartless, and doesn't see a pet, or a part of your family, he sees an object...he sees a payment. If you value the health and LIVES of your pets, DO NOT bring them to south crossing.
