Charge 75$ for initial exam of my cat (5 min.). Have to go back with appointment for sterilization 225$. Cat returned with no plastic cone to prevent licking of stitches. Lady clerk says to watch it and come back if needed (never seen that with other of my cats after surgery). Makes me sign doc to acknowledge post-op instructions. Handwritten on form after my signature and departure: "refused cat plastic cone". Come back 4 days later with stitches gone and 2 inches deep and 1 inch diameter hole in belly where could see entrails. Show me doc modified to say that I refused cone. Hostile attitude from the get go. Blame me for their mistake like I'm the vet. Charge me 140$ to fix their mistake.
