Very rude and unprofessional staff, which isn’t surprising since the owner simply hires her friends rather than looking for the best employees. Substandard veterinary care—the vets here don’t have a lot of confidence in their own diagnoses. They’ll do endless tests, fail to diagnose, and give problematic advice.
