We were referred to this establishment via our vet, our dog was "diagnosed" with aggressive lymphoma..from the moment we walked in the staff had to repeatedly ask for the basic information, hence not actually listening, when we finally met Dr. Rizzo he was COLD, CALLOUS, ans money oriented, he advised we put my dog down then as we didn't have $8,000.00 for the start of treatment, he said my dog would live 3 days ..2 weeks later he is still eating, drinking, playing, and living a life without any obvious pain or lack of value, under the care of my regular vet...if you want total disregard and cold uncompassionate care this is your place...it is obviously all about the money. money, money...my dog is a part of my family, and loved like my child..I LEFT this place with my dog and have told every one I know with a pet to NEVER deal with them.
