My cat was treated exactly the same way that my daughter’s cat was, with completely different problems. Both cost us over $1000 each. The vet didn’t even ask many questions and didn’t listen to what we told him. Didn’t explain what the costs might be, but had no problem presenting us with a huge bill. Never again !!!

Excellent service and care. Highly recommend this clinic. Some of their staff speaks French, which is appreciated in the Ottawa region.
