Pet owners beware. This clinic has overcharged me severals times, has given my dog a medication I denied and did not pay for, and they have screwed up my Heartgard orders several times because they have very poor customer service. They think it is okay to make mistakes all the time and I do not agree. When you pay for a professional service you are supposed to get it, NOT HERE. When I got upset this last time and tried to get their screw up corrected I was told I had to wait several days for the Doctor that screwed up to fix their mistake. That is not acceptable. You screw up you fix it immediately. See what happens when they give your pet a drug they were not supposed to. Hopefully they have not killed any pets with the mistakes they make. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your pet to this "low-bid" clinic. My pets are worth a professional vet not a fly by the seat of your pants vet. Too many mistakes, too many overcharges, & poor customer service is what the Animal Clinic offers.
