Went here for a couple of years and then had a dental cleaning. Fast forward 5 months later and the same vet who performed the cleaning told me he had tartar again and we should plan for a cleaning. Didn't make sense if it took 4 years before he needed the first cleaning and then 5 months later he has tartar again. Raised these points in an email to the administrator and was flat out refused a refund of the cleaning. Took my dog to another vet who looked at his teeth and he told me if I'd had a cleaning 5 months ago he didn't know what they did, no way that much tartar builds up in a five month period. Bottom line, avoid this place at all costs if you want your pet to get adequate care and not scam services.
