Left my cat with contagious c diff feces all over him after saying they cleaned him. Took/ wrote inaccurate history. They were going to send him home after saying he was ok no charge not telling me he had had runs in his carrier all over him and the carrier. I requested speaking to dvm. she eventually told me this when I asked why his tum was no longer swollen and hard. He had not peed or pooped for 24 hrs. They sedated him for X-rays & she told me after he was cleaned & they sterilized the carrier. I had asked the front desk to do this since I had no faith they would and was told they don’t do this in the er. Meaning they leave a patient covered in feces and send him home? At home I found he had stained poop on back paws and tail, back and tum/ bum! I had to wash him on the floor pouring water over him.. unbelievable. So cruel & negligent. They contaminated the hospital, me, my home. Gross incompetence. No response from manager.
