WOW! this is amongst the best if not the best vet in Ottawa they offer an array of services are super friendly and decent pricing the staff sweet caring and sincere they took my pup in for an emergency appointment with very little notice the after care was phenomenal and consisted of multiple emails asking for updates and pictures a follow up appointment and text message reminding you of your next appointment I found that the costs were slightly less at other vets across the city but for the service offered and the quality of care that's givin to my pets it's well worth the extra few dollars
