8/9/22   1     3     2     1   The clinic needs to be up front about cancellation fees, providing real numbers, not just warnings. We were charged $500 for asking to delay a surgery, a request made, admittedly. a day before the scheduled procedure, but this was because the clinic was closed for vacation, and we had been left with the impression that no one would be monitoring incoming mail or calls, let alone available to discuss our mounting concern about the need for the proposed surgery. The brutal cancellation fee in these circumstances was a shock and, to our mind, reprehensible. Caveat emptor. We shall not be returning. RID: 70408
Click to report rating    3/16/22   1     5     3     2   Dr. Haws had just opened his clinic. I had a dog that required dental work, in particular, one of his front canines actually needed to be pulled, by they convinced me that he could do a root canal and save the tooth. At midnight after the surgery, the vet called - his receptionist had forgot to charge me $50, he was calling for his money, then he asked after my pet! A week later the filing in the root canal fell out, I called, he refused to fix his mistake for free, may dentist would have. Instead, he was charging the same amount to fix the filing. No guarantees. People, vets can pull teeth and do dental care just as well as this guy, and they insure their work (no midnight greed laiden calls, no lost filings after week). A dental vet that won't fix his mistakes - well you decide if that's the kind of person you want to take your pet to! In the end his getting very rich of of your and your pets suffering! Good on you mate! RID: 70274
