Wow what a different experience we had from the other reviewer. We have dealt with both area emergency services in the area. Our boy was in for 3 days and with COVID preventing visits we were sent pictures. Staff were friendly and all the Vets we spoke to were friendly but professional vs. cold and clinical. Considering our guys experience he left happy and upbeat. Across 35 years with 8 dogs and half a dozen cats we know the veterinary landscape. Just can't say enough good things about Waves.

IN A NUTSHELLWe were horiffically treated while our dog was in critical conditon. It was so horrific that our insurance that has a recording of one of the conversations (and now doing their own investigation) said that we would be better off at another hospital. Once Dr Polack refused to do any more care, we had to take her to differnt ER but then tried to have us sign a waiver saying WE refused care, which we NEVER once did EVER! She said we refused an MRI..LIE we said, "please do ALL things necessary for our girl" Doctor yelled at us, hung up on us twice when we were trying to pay and the receptionist and dr outright LIED! We NEVER ever once used any profanity, raised voices NOTHING. Ended up having to move our critical condition baby to animal emergency hospital at 2am. I called Waves in am to speak with an administrator, Neil, and he had no desire to hear from us as to what happened our end. He said he heard a collaborated story from his staff already and he was fine with that.
