I just had the worst experience at this vet clinic. I’m traveling international in two days (Christmas day) I made sure to schedule the appointments to have all forms filled out and in good shape for traveling with my cat well in advance. Unfortunately, Paulette, the one in charge of international travel forms and information failed to mention the most important part about the completion of this process for these forms to become valid, they have to be endorsed by the USDA. The only options she provided me when I came out of the vets office was to either drive to Austin to have the USDA endorse those forms for me (which the USDA actually doesn’t do) or overnight them (it just cost me $130 to overnight these forms and get an overnight prepaid label and I don't even think I will get these forms back on time). She is really misinformed about the USDA system (turn around is 2 days) the other big issue is, even though Dr. Randy Tonking refused to send these forms online
