Loved Dr. Bruce but beware of Dr.Gwen. She wanted to medicate our perfectly behaved dog so she could do biopsy on his foot. After she found out that we took him to another clinic for the biopsy, her staff lied that she was not at work when we needed to book acupuncture appointments(for a different dog she met previously); she refused to give a dental quote for the same dog, as we said we wouldn't medicate her prior to surgery. When shared with her that my concerned because the dog was gaining a lot of weight, she didn't seem interested, didn't ask follow up questions or offer advice. The conversation had left me confused and worried. Later, our appointments somehow were booked incorrectly & when we showed up at a time specified on their little appointment cards were told that we were late. Finally, we were handed in a letter stating she would no longer offer care to our dogs as I was late for an appointment, drover on their parking lot 'erratically' and was 'abrasive' with her staff.
