Was very disappointed with this overpriced clinic. The fact that their website advertises them as being in business for 10 years, to me, is an indication of their tendency to mislead. They only opened this hospital earlier THIS year (2022). Prior to that Dr. Ostrander was a vet at another Brampton Hospital. Whether or not she was there 10 years, does not make this clinic 10 years in business. I found Dr. Ostrander to be somewhat cold and lacking in compassion. She took samples from my pup, but didn't call with results for a full 4 days (results would have been immediate). Then when suggesting treatment, I was told the medication wouldn't be available for a WEEK! He needed it NOW! I took him to another vet who realized the urgency of the situation and did treat him right away. I'm still in shock that Dr. Ostrander didn't seem aware of the harm that could have resulted in that delay. (I also don't understand any vet clinic not having that medication on hand!) Don't recommend this clinic.
