Dr. Sawyer has been an amazing, caring and considerate vet for many years. We brought our our two Corgi's to see him from start to their respective end of days. Sean is a real asset to the area. However, Dr. Caroline Barr is a delicate flower; stereotypical GenZ'er devoid of capability when it comes to any controversy, no matter how tiny. Our 1st visit was fine The second visit she disregarded everything I said. We made an appt for a simple distemper/parvo shot. Dr. Barr ignored the purpose of the appt and began a complete exam. She demanded I listen to her recommendation of specific vaccines, food we should use; became outraged when I thanked her for recommendation. Told me I did not seem thankful, wasn't taking her advice. Craziest most uncomfortable exp. ever, with ANY type of doctor (including U.S. Navy!). Maybe she had a bad day? Nope. Received email complaining that I was a difficult client (seemingly preemptive). Insanity. Hard-NO here. Pass on PawSteps. Hire better people.
