This facility is beautiful. I absolutely loved both doctors I dealt with. All of the staff I dealt with were absolutely wonderful! There is one staff member though named Marissa that is rude, disrespectful and should not be dealing with anyone in a customer service capacity. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with someone who is so condescending and rude. I will never go back there because of her.

I brought my cat in on 12/10/22. She had been diagnosed with cancer and had let me know on a weekend when my vet was closed that it was time to say goodbye. I ended up going to Wilvet based on the recommendation of another clinic I called. They brought me into a 'comfort room' and I was able to hold my baby while we said goodbye. I asked to have a paw print taken of her - the only item I wished to have to commemorate her. I filled out the paperwork 2X requesting this (they misplaced the first form I filled out). I called 12/27/22, to ask about my paw print since it had been over 2 wks & no one had called me. I was told "someone" didn't complete the after-care paperwork correctly, so my pet's paw print was never taken. My heart broke. This paw print was the one and only piece of her I had left, but now I have NOTHING. I can't believe such an egregious, careless, and heartless mistake was made. This is the most horrific experience I have ever had after having to say goodbye to a pet.
