I had a 2:30 apptmt 6/8/2023 and asked to arrive 10 min early since a new patient. No one said they were running late; I sat in a cold room with a hyperventilating cat who soiled himself all by myself for half an hour. At 3 PM still no vet; then I found out that a tech would be coming in to do the intake and then take pet to another room where owner is not allowed; the tech then returns to communicate the vet's findings... so you do not SEE a vet. Cost is $60 per visit. I left angry and frustrated with a cat traumatized for nothing!
