Horrible nasty Grooming service by Skylar
When our Aussie was brought out after the groom, the fur was extremely short. About a quarter inch of hair. An inch of hair is acceptable.
When I asked why he went so extremely short, He just kept saying and blaming me in a very nasty tone " well , you told me to cut it short", and how he has 20 years experience. Over and over again not letting me speak, speaking over me, nasty. Of course I got nasty back.
I AM NOT THE EXPERT!! That's why we PAY to get her groomed.
The other groomer was quite helpful and nice. Trying to remedy the situation. She suggested I speak with the supervisor. The supervisor was uninterested in how nasty the new hire Skylar was. I told her because of Skylar's nasty attitude. Instead of trying to remedy the situation. She was fine with not having our business anymore. No, "sorry about that". Just an ok, see ya later. Horrible customer service. They must not need the business, so avoid giving it to them.

HORRIFYING- Wait an hour for a visit 45 minutes in a room then spending 2-3 minutes with the actual vet, they also have a crazy office manager who SCREAMS ALL THE TIME- at other employees and at you. But here is the real issue:
I requested my dog have a skintag removed and asked 5 times to have it biopsied. I PAID to have it biopsied. The vet promises me 'I will send it off to the lab now"- what does he do? walks outside, does a visual inspection and throws it in the garbage but does not tell anyone. I call in a week am told to be patient, results are coming. I call in another week and am told same. Third week I call and email. Finally a tech calls me, why her? Because the rest of the staff cant face me. They figured out he tossed the sample. And nobody cared or checked. TOSSING A SAMPLE? So changed vets and within 15 minutes of the new vet he finds markers in the labs Boulevard vet did in April, for possible cancer.THIS IS THE WORST MOST UNCARING, DISORGANIZED, VET EVER.
