I would not go back to this clinic again based solely on the response I got when I asked if there were options to the quoted price. The prices were high (I have since checked around) for this area and, as I noted, once I asked for options, Dr. Patt never returned to speak to me again. I left my pet there because they charge you $51.00 just for going in. Even when I was picking up my pet and paying close to a $1000.00 bill, she did not talk to me. I had to ask the staff for information about my pet just to get any information about what I should do to continue care. THe quoted price was nearly 1400.00, so by saving 400.00 on what I considered unnecesary procedures and overly-long hospitalization time, it seems that the doctor feels no responsibility to talk to you after that, even if you are still paying a quit a lot. I will not return to this clinic.

Everyone treated me and my pet great - I felt like they truly cared and don't mind the price, it was well worth it.

They charge a lot of money for their services and make you feel as if you are a poor owner, if you don't rush and pay right away. Plus they inundate your "snail" mail and your email with "spam"

I called and asked a simple question about a prescription dog food and I was treated terribly. I just wanted to know if I can get some through their hospital and I was spoken to like I was stupid. I was very offended and when I tried asking more questions the tone of the receptionist only got more rude. Extremely not pleased with the service.

While the facilities at this hospital are very nice (large lobby, fairly clean, laser surgery, etc), most of the technicians are young and inexperienced and do not show any professionalism whatsoever. The doctors, with the exception of Dr Swisher, seem more interested in how much they can get away with charging than in working with you if you are unable to afford a $500 bill. When I asked for an estimate for a routine spay, I was quoted over $600 for a medium-size puppy with no health problems. While I do find Dr Swisher to be easier to work with than the other doctors, I would not recommend this hospital under any circumstances.
