The vet seemed to lack the care and attention to our cat. They didn't seem interested in pursuing confirmations on their diagnosis'. Through that causing more issues then solving and costing a fortune for nothing. We found that the vet wasn't interested in our personal opinions and observations. Which in the end were more accurate than theirs. When asked/confronted their responses followed the lines of "oops" and "I/we don't know". Not impressed, and begs the question of what else they may not be paying attention to in detail too? We have many cats at this clinic and although this was a revealing situation, we've had an off feeling since the first cat with health issues.

General basic service is passable to good. When confronted with more difficult to diagnose issues not the best. Not ready to go to any extra effort. Diagnosed our cat and did not even offer to do any tests to confirm diagnosis. We called back once home to ask why we were not told that there were tests available to confirm diagnosis that are 90-95% accurate. The answer was "I don't know and oops sorry" The vet we had for our cat seems ready to retire and not willing to work with any new ideas and treatments.
