They force you to sit in the parking lot. You can't speak to the vet in person. We had to drive a long way for this eye specialist and we were not treated with any amount of consideration. We were given no guidance at all on a very important decision, after being completely misled. We found ourselves forced to make a very serious decision for our pet, on the spot, with no guidance, while being left outside in a parking lot. I cried and cried after all the stress and preparation of getting to that critical appointment, only to be left in a parking lot, separated from my pet, unable to talk to the vet in person, and being given absolutely zero guidance. I would drive 1000 miles to a different specialist before I would ever go back there again. I did not see the facilities, but I am giving a zero rating because the "facilities" means the parking lot!
