I cannot say enough kind things about Lonsdale Place Veterinary Clinic and Dr Annie Irwin. I have had wonderful experiences with them.
Dr Irwin is always so kind, caring, and thoughtful. She is very thorough in her exams, takes the time to explain clearly, and always makes sure I feel heard and informed.
Dr Irwin also performed my pet’s in-home euthanasia, and I am so grateful for how gentle and respectful she was throughout the entire visit. She made a difficult time as peaceful and dignified as possible for us. Afterwards, Dr Irwin personally sent me a card as did the clinic, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. That level of care and thoughtfulness speaks volumes and is something I will never forget. I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism.
From the very first appointment to the last, the care I received was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr. Annie Irwin and this clinic to anyone looking for a vet who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassiona
