I have been going to Bradford animal Hospital for a few years now with my Biewer terrier Cody, who is 14 1/2 years old. My sweet pup was due for his yearly check up and was due to have a Rabies vaccine booster. I expressed my concern to them that due to my sweet Cody's age again 14 1/2 years old that I was very concerned about giving him this vaccine at his tender senior age. Veterinarians in the state of Massachusetts have an option to issue a waiver that goes to your town or city health department that waves the administration of this vaccine. The waiver can easily state that the veterinarian feels that the dogs health could be in jeopardy if receiving this vaccine. The veterinarian flat out refused to even consider issuing the waiver, claiming the age was not sufficient enough for her to put her name on this she's just afraid of the liability that's all it was. She wasn't even compassionate enough to explain it to me directly. Instead, she chose to communicate through her front desk
