Problems with this clinic - very expensive, seemed to order lots of unnecessary things for a new kitten that seemed quite healthy and we were just doing a checkup for her, and then the reports came with the name of another cat, making me wonder if it was even my kitten they were talking about! Then when we went to follow up about additional vaccinations that might be needed, the front desk staff recommended something different than what the doctor had said, making it very confusing what we were supposed to do.

HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR YEARS,ALWAYS PAID MY BILLS. RECENTLY HAD 'DENTAL' WORK DONE ON BOTH MY FUR BABY PUPS. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN THEY WERE DONE, NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. GOT HOLD OF THE 'EMERGENCY' NUMBER, WANTED MY GIRLS HOME!! NO ONE COULD HELP ME!! MY ONE BABY GIRL IS A 'PRESCRIPTION' BABY, HAD NEVER BEEN AWAY FROM HER SINCE ADOPTION,OVERNIGHT THAT IS. SHE HAS SLEPT WITH ME FROM DAY ONE!! NEXT DAY MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET THEM, AND THEY WERE HELD "HOSTAGE" TILL WE PAID. WE DID,AND LEFT. 5 OR 6 DAYS LATER , BVH CALLED TO INQUIRE ON ONE OF THE GIRLS,NEEDLESS TO SAY,I JUST HUNG UP!! REALLY ??? DENTAL WORK,UNDER ANESTHESIA,RABIES SHOTS, LOTS OF $$$, AND DAYS LATER YOY CALL ?? SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE DAY OF CARE GIVEN !! DO NOT, TILL THIS DAY,KNOW ANY DETAIL OF SERVICE PREFORMED!! WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THERE, MUCHLESS RECOMMEND BVH, WILL JUST "WARN" PEOPLE OF THE COMPLETE LACK OF CARE ON THE STAFFS PART FOR CLIENTS OR THEIR FUR BABIES!!

I agree with the previous poster that I would give negative if possible. They have no idea how to make a PLAN for treatment. Over 2 months of care, I would have to ask several times for everything!! From when I should be seen again to can I get a prescription refill, it was like this was the first time they dealt with something that wasn't just a vaccine. I was forced to go to another vet for my dogs second surgery because they stopped returning my calls after they told me he would need to have another amputation despite me calling a half dozen times over the course of 3 weeks. Worst service/experience ever!!

The front office staff was fine;it's Dr. Jasek I had trouble with. If I could do negative number ratings I would. She did the wrong test on my 11 yr old cat with kidney failure(the test she did was for a 5 yr old healthy cat), refused to even try herbs or acupuncture(and she is a holistic vet) and then was willing to prescribe a supplement that negatively interacted with a cat whose phosphorus level was high, w/o even testing the phosphorus. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint against her.

I took my 2 dogs here until they really raised their prices. I was shocked at how much an upcoming visit would cost me, so I've had to look for other vets. I think 49.50 for the office visit alone is too high. I lived in LA and paid less. Also, I had to go back as some of the holistic remedies didn't work-this happened 2x and then I had to repay for the pharmaceutical kind. I love my dogs very much, but I don't have that kind of money to spend.

Very good experience at this clinic. I really like Dr. Jasek and the staff is very polite. She does not over charge nor does she push unneeded services upon you. Belleview Animal Clinic gets a big two thumbs up.
