Great staff! Everyone very friendly and compassionate. My pets and I are well-acquainted now with the fabulous front office staff, who always ask after whichever pet isn't with me that day by name. Excellent service and, as they are very concerned with your pet receiving the best care possible, very willing to refer to another vet with more expertise in a specific subject for specialty surgical services, etc. My pets see Dr. Klaphake, who is compassionate, gentle, and thoroughly explains all available options and is happy to spend time answering any questions you have. He follows up with you promptly after each visit where there was an issue, rather than leaving the follow-up calls to you, which seems to be a rare thing these days. He's also great with exotics! I recently relocated here from another state, and was surprised and pleased to find a vet with expertise in treating exotics in this area of the country.
