I've been here several times with my two large dogs. Staff are not too personable. I guess that's why they work with animals? Facilities okay...they have always been slow and way off schedule even when I don't see anyone else in there waiting to be seen. Sitting in the teeny room with two big dogs 20 minutes past your appointment time makes the dogs so nervous!! Way overpriced too. They forced me to pay over $50 per dog for a wellness exam just to get a rabies shot, then tried to convince me to pay hundreds more to get ONE dog's teeth cleaned. Always trying to tack on more unnecessary tests. I'm finally fed up and heading elsewhere.

We have taken our dog to this vet for years. The service is always excellent and we stil see the same doctor (Dr. Voss) each visit. The prices may be on the higher side but the service and atmosphere is worth it! It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I have never been disapointed on how they treat our dog and they always try to make her feel comforatable as well as us. I would recommend this veterinary to anyone!

Bloomington Vet is a nice hospital with pleasant staff. They were always very nice to me on the phone and helped out a lot when I had a question. However, you got a different vet everytime, and a couple of their vets don't really want to spend time answering your questions or concerns. At every appointment I've been to they seem to rush in and rush out, and don't even take interest in saying hi to the dog or giving him a quick pet. I've recently switched to a smaller more local vet, and the service is MUCH better and the vets are much more interested with my dog and his well-being.

Very expensive, and not very friendly! All of the employees seem to come and go, so it was hard to find people we liked. Ended up going someplace with a more smalltown feel where they know you and seem happy to see your pet!

This vet is very hit or miss. They have a very high turnover rate... so once you find a vet you like, they seem to disapear. This clinic did perform emergency surgery on one of my dogs, which saved her, but I prefer more consistency.

The staff were very rude to me and my puppy. My 8 week old puppy had an accident on the floor and the staff seemed very annoyed even after I cleaned it up. They are definately not worth the high prices!

Not a bad hospital. Clinic is nice, staff are pleasant. A little too "upper class" for me and my dog the couple of times I've been there. Why do they all wear white shirts if they work with animals hair and blood and whatever else? Never understood it. It's an okay place, but I prefer a hospital a little more relaxed and less confusing. Never know which vet you're seeing. Prices are pretty high too, but I guess that's because they cater to the folks with a lot of money.
