The Dr. that saw my dogs thought it was a good idea to sneak up behind the male and grab his hindquarters. Needless to say, he got something he didn't want, and proceeded to tell me that it was because he was "poorly socialized" The dog has been nervous about people behind him ever since.

My neighbors cat blocked and we took the cat there on an emergency. They wouldn't even unblock the cat until he completed the paperwork for Care Credit to make sure he could pay the bill and then they wanted a deposit. That cat waited for 45 minutes to be unblocked while they worried about making sure they could get the money. The cat had to be put down because his kidneys failed. He was already in bad shape when he was taken in, but I can't help but think he might have been saved if they hadn't waited so long to process the payment paperwork.

We have had zero satisfaction from this office and have begun the process of pulling our charts. They missed a vaccination on our cat, then when the cat came in contact with the possible illness, CHARGED US EXTRA to have the animal tested,even though they were responsible for scheduling and ensuring the animal received the proper shots yearly. Their tech simply skipped over the shot on 3 visits due to incompetance. They also misjudged an allergic reaction of one of our dogs after a vaccination, blaming it on a non toxic soap and then charging us for a barrage of allergy tests. We later found out the dog is allergic to the distemper shot, which he had received at Five Points 2 days prior to the first reaction. They made up the soap allergy so they would not be liable. They are dishonest and always looking to upcharge patients. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Do not take your pets here, terrible vet office!
