I read the ratings here and ignored them. And I regret it!! I brought my puppy here after adopting him from the Humane Society and we've had to pay about $1,000 for all the minor things he's had wrong with him within a 2 month period. He had worms, so we bought the dewormer and expensive vitamins he "had" to have. Then he had an ear infection and diarrhea, so we had to buy very expensive special food and a bunch of unnecesary meds. Then he had an eye infection so we had to buy antibiotics, pain pills, and 2 kinds of eye meds, even though his eyes cleared up from the ointments after just 2 days! It seems like the vet gives you a lot more meds than you really need. And then he pushes you into buying other things that aren't necessary, like vitamins and special shampoo. Well, I've had it and we're switching vets!

This is by far the best experience with a vetinarian I have ever had and am very glad to have him near us. The doctor pays careful attention to detail and actually examines and is concerned with our dogs. He has been treating my Golden Retreivers for many years with great success and was a God send when one of our beloved dogs developed cancer. When my wife got a Cockerpoo puppy we brought her to one of the large vet conglumerates because the pet store said they would give us a free puppy visit. That was horrible, they were rude, late and added on several charges for a supposed free visit. We went right back to Dr. Greiman at Maple Grove Pet Hospital and he took excelent care of our little puppy and did in fact see our new family member for free. We will never go anywhere esle again, trust us, this vet is worth the trip. It is the best value for our money we could hope for. I would recomend this doctor and clinic to everyone I know who loves their pets.

The place is great, I just took my English Bulldog to get shots and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place because it is reasonably priced and they treat my dog great.i read some other reviews before going, but I think they were harsh and unreasonable. As for me, I'll keep bringing Archie in whenever he needs a check up or anything else :)

I took my standard poodle Barney there when he was vomiting. The doctor was professional and caring. It took a couple of days, but once the medication prescribed kicked in, Barney was all better. I take my cat there now too.

Brought our cat in who was not eating. Vet told us a number of things including that the cat was runing a temp and had an infection. Something about his manner bother us and our cat HATED him. After we agreed to blood work my wife and I discovered that we both were scared****less about him treating our cat. I yelled to him that we changed our mind, paid a $55 bill and left. We went to a pet emergency room. We paid another $115 to find out that our cat WAS NOT running a high temp and DIDN'T have an infection, but no idea or signs why he is not eating. After reading other reviews here and on Google I agree, he needs to be reviewed by the vet board. Don't bring your cat here unless it's already dying and all other vets in the state of Minnsota are closed. We just moved to the area 6 months ago.

Awful. I brought my sick dog in, he prescribed a bunch of expensive things, then overfilled him with fluids, he died as soon as we brought him home and this guy would NOT take the products back. Never go here, ever, protect your pets from this man.

Brought my beagle here for an ear infection. I told the vet, that my dog will not let me put drops in his ears. He refused to listen to me, told me to get help holding my baby down. Prescribed about 5 different, expensive drugs to give him. I will never, ever go back to this clinicThis is one very rude vet!!!

I no longer go to this clinic because of the doctor. We brough our guinea pigs in to have their nails trimmed and he almost cut off one of our beloved pigs toes. He doesnt seem to have the passion for animals like my current vet does.
