We brought in our pet and saw a doctor named Bloxom. She made us wait for a long time but never apologized for that. She was rough with our pet and was not able to answer half of our questions regarding vaccines. She was treating her staff rudely as well. In a nut shell, we had the worst experience ever with this woman. We are changing our veterinarian now because of this experience. If you go to this hospital, make sure to ask for another doctor.

Today, I've taken my cat to the Banfield Pet Hospital (#447), and had a very unpleasant experience there. I have called them earlier today to inquire about a walk-in service, which included obtaining a health certificate for my cat. I was told by the person who answered the phone to go ahead and come in without an appointment. One hour after I called, I showed up at their clinic, where I was asked to fill out tons of paperwork. Afterwards, the receptionist named Rosaline (or something similar, I’m not sure) told me that they don't have a veterinarian with a certification license on site. Now, I have told her right away, when I walked in, that I came to get a health certificate for my cat, and yet I was still asked to fill out paperwork, even though they had no licensed doctor. That made no sense at all. I actually left from work earlier after getting a confirmation from that receptionist via the phone that I could come in for a health certificate. I don't know why it takes me Three strikes to walk out but this was the third time I've made an appointment in advance and I show up on-time but no one takes myself and my two dogs for hours...The first time it was over 2 hours before someone walked in to start giving the animals the check-up. The second time it was easily an hour and finally today I was there on-time again waited 50 mins and walked out...Don't call us...We will never call you again...! I looked over the payments I've made to them over the last 3-4 visits as I had plenty of time...and they're going to lose an easy $800 for those so....See Ya Banfield....!!!!
