Dr. Guest and her staff provide an exceptional level of service that I have not experienced elsewhere. When (2) other vets were suggesting that I may want to 'put my dog down', she suggested that we give it more time. She saved my dog's life. She didn't charge an exorbitant amount, unlike other vets. She goes way beyond in providing excellent service and care with an outsanding amount of compassion.

I got there earlyy and had to wait still for someone who was late. The little girls fought over who got to do what such as temp check write on the chart and do a spin down o the urine. The vet did not check anything such as heart and lungs and the gums for color hydration or possible anemia. But acorrding to the nasty girl on the phone even if they had they wouldn't write it down. Good forbid you do so you can tell the differnce in tne future which can give you clues as to if your pet is healthy or not. According to her that is dumb, so I guess doctors are dumb for. Checking blood pressure temp heart lungs each time you go in. I could have better diagnosed my dog an ssaved $400. They don't take responsibility for anything. The words of the snotty girl on the phone "I didn't check you in and I didn't check you out its not my fault what do you want me to do? How about lose the ****y attitude admit you were wrong and wise up.
