I had reservations for my dogs to stay at their kennel. Now granted this is my vet and they have all the medical records. After I get there and wait about 45 minutes to drop the dogs off after there was such a long line in the waiting room and office staff is extremely slow, they tell me I cant board my dog there as he is not neutered. "They did not know this from his medical records?" So I missed my plane, fortunately there was a nice person working at Southwest today and she let me rebook on a later flight But I will not go back to this vets office. Office staff was extremely slow and unprofessional.

My dog had two knee operations from 2 vets here that were not successful and cost $900ea. Recently had to re-do operations with a vet from a specialized surgery center to correct the original operations. Cost $2500. Dr. Flannery who did one of the original operations left this practice and they did not know how to find him. Dr. Pflaum who did the other orig. operation examined my dog and referred me to the surgery center. They are ok for routine things - definitely no surgery!
