The staff very unprofessional, rude and snippy when arrived. One girl believe her name was Sarah very rude and not well mannered. Spoke to the veterinarian and did not have nothing to say and looked at me like I was nuts. Will not bring my pets back there again.

Dr. Giddings has retired. Jaclyn Luckstone has taken over. She paralysed our rabbit with rough handling after charging $240 for unnecessary treatment, then told us it would take another $600 to see why he was paralysed! Our dog vet had to put him to sleep & was shocked with Luckstone's treatment & behavior.

Dr. Giddings has been a vet for almost 40 years. He is a board-certified avian vet (one of only 3 in CT), is thoroughly knowledgeable, caring, and doesn't rip-off his customers. Fabulous with birds!
