I had very good experience at this Vet for one year. Then after one year the groomer decided that she no longer wished to groom my dog anymore because I was 7 mins late dropping her off in the morning. I called the office a few times to confirm my grooming appts and they all played dumb like they didnt know why there the groomer was not calling me back. Then I insisted to speak to the groomer and she finally told me she was not going to groom my dog anymore. I found this very unprofessional and rude because I had a good relationship with this clinic and with the groomer. Sometimes we are late it happens. I wouldnt recommend at all. I will go back to my old vet in Marketlane. They were amazing. The only reason why I moved was for location. I will not be doing this anymore. Quality is more important than location.

Dr Benjamin takes good care of my pet.... He is not about the money but wants whats best for the pet..... I have been through other clinics & other vets & they just want to rush the appointment & some of them are just about money....He was the only vet that helped me, when I needed help... My dog would not have lasted 19 years if not for him..... I am a registered nurse and I will trust my dogs life to him....His heart is in the right place....
