I bring lots of animals in for my rescue group and can say that I work closely with Dr. Javaid and his staff. He has always been very honest with me and respectful of my funds. He will tell you like it is in a very blunt manner but I always appreciate that about him. You can't beat there hours either! So don't listen to the nonsense from other reviewers. When it comes down to it, it's always about money. If you don't have money to spend on your pet then you shouldn't have one!

Our dog was attacked by another dog of course on a Sunday when our regular vet wasn't open. We felt our dog needed to be seen immediately, however they wouldn't even take him to the back until they got our credit card and immediately charged us $85 for the office visit. After we were given an outragous estimate, I told them that there was no way we could afford that amount and asked what our options were. They wanted to charge us $300.00 just to stich him up and that did not include anything else. We were given no other information or choices. Due to the response we got along with a bad vibe, I wanted to leave immediately and wouldn't have left or doggie there anyway. I asked them to give him an antibiotic injection and pain medication to last him until the next morning. This was an additional $156.00. We took him to his regular vet and they charged less than half of the estimate from Abbott and that included everything, even take home meds.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They will make you feel stupid and there customer relations are horrible. Dr. Iqbal Javaid made us feel like we abused our dog. This was our first exerpience dealing with a sick dog. He did not help the situation at all.
