Vet. Dr.Fred is good diagnostician, but it isnt the cleanest place in the world and his hours are absolutely terrible.

I have been going to this vet for many years. Incredible service, very caring, and very knowledgeable. The receptionist is little rough around the edges, she is actually a sweet lady when you get to know her. Prices are very good compared to most vets on Staten Island.
