clean and caring facility. pets are treated with kindness and sincerity. will not hesitate to recommend you to an outside facility if you need a service they do not offer. DR.Dodd is gentle and knowledgeable. the girls at the desk always call the next day to follow up. they are always willing to squeeze you in for an appointment. highly recommended!

I went to Gateway for the first time in many, many years. The receptionist was not the most pleasant, but the remainder of the staff was very nice and helpful. My two dogs were seen by Dr. Dodd, who is a total professional - courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable. I felt very confident in letting my beloved pets be examined by him. He found a condition in my pug that my previous vet failed to recognize due to lackadasical exams. I had been with my previous vet for l0 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Dodd and his staff. He answered every question I posed to him and made my pets feel comfortable. I will be using him as my regular vet from this point on.
