FORCE you to leave your pet overnight after surgery, for THEIR convenience, but DO NOT tell you THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ONSITE AFTER HOURS TO MONITOR YOUR PET. If your pet develop problems in the middle of the night NO ONE IS AWARE. Your pet is left, locked in a cage, no voice, can't beg for help. Your pet may be suffering, may take a turn for the worse, may DIE. To REQUIRE a post-op, recovering pet to stay overnight SIMPLY BECAUSE they close their doors at the end of the day and there's no staff to sign out pets back to their owners, is, IMHO, bordering on CRIMINAL. It's inhumane, immoral, and unconscionable. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY for such a negligent practice. Go elsewhere if you care about your pet's health, well-being, and especially SAFETY. If the woman on the phone treats your pet the same way she treats callers, this rude, obnoxious, smart-mouthed punk shouldn't be trusted. She'd be FIRED if she worked elsewhere. What a pathetic excuse ... shameful.

took my female cat to be spayed at hope, because we were short on funds, but still care deeply about our kitten tootie and know it must be done. she had her booster shots also, cost 60$. she came back sick, she is still sick 4 weeks later and i know a trip to the vet could be 80 or more dollars, which we dont have. she came back sneezing and that lead to guncky eyes, basically a uri. she needs antibiotics. i tryed to call to see if hope would help me because if i had not gone to them then she would not be sick today, but they gave me the brush off. the woman who i talked to acted like she had gave the speech she gave me a million times before. they wouldnt help me and i needed to take her to a real vet. please dont take your animals there, its worth it to go to a real vet, pay the extra 40 or 50 bucks and then you wont have a worse situation on your hands then you started with. tootie begs you, dont make the same mistake her mommy and daddy made.

I took my girls in to be spayed (2 cats). They each have thier own soft sided carrier and I make it a point connect thier collars to the little clips on the inside. Sugar is usually OK, but Spice gets wild and tries to get out. When I dropped my girls off I informed them that they needed to keep a close eye on Spice because if not wtached she WILL get out (even when cliped) and they'll have a kitty cat running down the hall dragging a carrier behind her. They didn't seem concerned and took her in back with the rest of the cats, I don't know if they crated her or just left the carrier out in the open. I wish they would have addressed my concerns and informed me of what they were going to do. But they didden't. And, when I picked them up neither one was cliped inside the carrier. Granted it was just after surgery but I still would have felt safer is they were.
