Click to report rating    9/29/12   1     1     1     1   THIS IS THE WORST VET IN THE WORLD. Just took my lab in yesterday with beginnings of bloat - I was told that I had to produce $5000 before they operated on him and they kept him in pain until I said I had to make payment arrangements and asked would the surgery be successful. They gave me all the reasons that it wouldn't and gave me no option but to put him to sleep so he wouldn't be in pain. He was 3 years old and just had the beginnings of bloat. I have had experiences before with them: because they are open on weekends. One Doctor told me they were so expensive because they had a high overhead there with salaries etc. Never ever would I use them again and make sure I will tell everyone I know. RID: 37516
6/14/11   1     1     1     1   Awful experience. Minor paw injury but occurred during weekend when my vet was not open. This place somehow managed to gash my dog's leg when they were wrapping it -- causing bleeding and a big chunk of skin removed. I saw blood in weird spots on his bandage and questioned it. I was told it was caused by them clipping his toe nails. Which they did -- and managed to make his non-injured hind paw bleed all over the place. Lesson learned? If you want to injure your dog by incompetent vets and vet techs, then by all means, take them here! RID: 25617
Click to report rating    6/1/10   1     1     1     1   This practice should lose their license. They are greedy moneymongers that obviously don't care about the animals. They diagnosed by dachshund with a ruptured disc in a 15 minute visit with no xrays, MRI or catscan and recommended immediate $5,000 surgery. Oh, at a cost of $250. They gave her a drug that she had an extreme reaction to, and when I called them, they brushed off the reaction as stress. Basically, my dog had NO disc problems--just a bruised rib. They not only misdiagnosed her, they almost killed her. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. EVER. RID: 18198
Click to report rating    1/4/10   5     4     4     3   Dr Weiseman performed back surgery on our basset in June. She has a real love for the pets she treats. She was available whenever I called for updates or with questions. Her resident Dr Bursteiner also was a tremendous help during a difficult time for us. Our basset is doing well thanks to them and the exceptional care she received.Even though she was a difficult patient but they handled her with great care. RID: 16012
Click to report rating    5/14/09   1     1     1     1   Since the corporation took over this vet has gone down the tubes.Dr Debra Goul treated my cat- I could never get his blood test results and her to return my calls....I have to the vet to talk to someone --when the meds she gave me didn't work I was told to bring him in thru emergency for another blood test $325.00 for the emergency and another $200.00 for ANOTHER blood test. It's a business to them now - Don't waste your money or your time with these people - they have no interest in your animals- no Compassion what so ever RID: 12783
