Thankfully, I recieved good advise from a friend. He asked me to get a second opinion and I did. This is where Mission Animal came through. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment the same evening (perfect for a working mom)and was personally helped by Dr Nahkla. He confirmed my dog had inflamed gums and tarter but did not agree about teeth extraction right away. I received a Feb discount that the generously extended in to March.

I found them to be very informative and helpful. The staff spent a lot of time discussing my options with me. I was told at a different hospital that my pet needed bloat surgery and would not survive the surgery so I should euthanize. I went to Mission and they performed the surgery and now three weeks later my dog is doing great. What else to say>??? The office was clean and nice.

These guys are great, really top notch Mission Animal Clinic / Emergency Hospital saved my Spiders life. No not a real spider and Labrador named spider. It was late at night, every one else was closed and I found them on line at www.missionvet.com. I live in Northridge so Granada hills is close. The Dr saw me right away and X-Ray my dogs leg. The next day they did orthopedic surgery and now he is just fine. At the time I did not realize how affordable the price for surgery was but later after talking to friends I discovered I got a real deal.

Do not take your pet there for any type of care. They take advantage of you and could careless about your animal. They did a biopsy on my dog's chest, razor burn from shaving her probably with only water, sent her home with no bandages even though she was oozing blood. Had to take her toa different emergency room because the biopsy site was ripping through her chest and pouring out was tissue and blood. When I took her to my own vet next day to get the bandages changed, globs of tissue and blood poured onto the floor. Nightmare.
