Dr Williams is an awesome Vet and the Staff is so wonderful. Would never take my dogs or cats anywhere else.

I really like Dr. Tuami and Dr. Williams. The staff is friendly and personable. The buildibng is old and not fancy like other facilities, but I'd rather have good doctors and pleasant staff than a big fancy facility staffed with incompetent 'professionals'. There is something to be said for not only experience, but punctuality. They do share their emergency calls, but no one can be on call all of the time.

Really need to do something about front desk staff. The older docs are good, but some of the other docs that have rolled through there are not very good. Seems to be a lot of turn over. Shares call with other clinics so you have a chance of not getting your vet in an emergency. I don't like that as other clinics do not know my animals. Facilities are also pretty old and cramped.

I would have to say the the support staff is impersonal and abrupt. The Dr. however was polite. The front area is nice to wait in it is somewhat of an atrium like area (no plants though), but again, reception needs to go to a few classes for interpersonal skills in the work space. This was enough for me to move my dog elsewhere.

Front desk staff difficult to deal with - actually delayed an emergency that came into the clinis with a puppy trying to die. Older vets are good but have had issues with younger vets. Share call with other clinics so if you have an emergency, you may not get your own clinic.

Marie with A-Plus Pet Sitting Service loves the Palmer VET...Wonderful VETS and great staff. Prices are good and service is wonderful. We tell everyone about this VET. Marie is with the Doggie Chalet in Wasilla.
