After spending 4 hours while this clinic failed to put my dog to sleep, I wouldn't take any animal here. They couldn't find a vein, then failed to put him down after 2 lung injections. Finally, he suffered greatly through the most inhumane method possible, a heart stick with no pain meds or tranquilizers. I have filed a complaint with the state licensing board. This was the worst thing I have ever been a witness to, and nothing about it was professional or in any way peaceful.

I have been going to Three Trails for over 14 years. They go out of their way to take care of your pets and take in consideration the owner’s feelings and concerns. I had to euthanize one of my cats, and the compassioned they showed was phenomenal.

I have used Three Trails for 3 years. The staff is friendly and so good with my pets. The prices are reasonable and the facility clean and cheery. I appreciate that when I call with a concern, they are helpful and honest about what requires a vet visit and what does not. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule, and they put my pets’ needs above all other concerns.
