My dog had an emergency and they took me in right away, quicker than my regular vet offered. I would go back for all my vet services, even though there are several vets closer to my house. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and prices were significantly cheaper than my *old* vet! My dog is a "special case", not easy to handle because she is terrified in vets. Danielle and her staff were the perfect combination of gentle and firm; I honestly think I've never seen Roxie look so happy... she usually looks defeated, haha. NICE WORK YALL.

Since Dr. Ruth Roberts left due to helath issues, this facility has gone down hill. Twice I was refused urgent care mid-afternoon due to their being 'over-booked' or having too many 'walk-ins' and had to wait for the ER to open and pay 3-4 times as much for basic vet care. Also, tried to contact new vet about issues and was (rudely)intercepted by her office manager who had no idea what she was talking about and is --i may add--unencumbered by the petty manners of polite society! I have never been treated so badly by "professionals" in my life!!! whether the doctor is effective I have no idea--as an established client I was never able to get in to see her, though I tried three times!!
