This facility has a veterinary oncologist who went above and beyond trying to help my cat with primary lung carcinoma.

I delt with a male doctor at this practice during an emergency when my regular vet was out of town. I called ahead and had an appt. They knew about my vet being gone and that this was an emergence visit. He was rude and kept asking the same questions like he wasn't listening to me. He was not breeder friendly and clearly thought there should be no purebreds. I waited over 3 hours both in reception and in the examination room with my pet who had a septic surgical infection. When my vet wanted to speak with him... I had them on my cell phone because this vet gave me options of what to do and I needed guidence...This man threw a hissy fit. He refused to speak on a cell phone and demanded my Vet call him on a land line. He then slammed the exam room door as he left the room. My vet was happy to do as he requested. I would never recommend this practice because of how I was treated by this Vet during the most stressful time a pet owner can have. No compassion and no bedside manner.

The staff is very helpful, caring and courteous. Dr. Melissa Dudley a board certified orthopedic surgeon is outstanding and very compassionate. I recommend this hospital highly.
