Horrific! Staff at front desk mixed up medications; vet misdiagnosed (and treated) my cat with several different ailments. Because of this, I had to take cat to internist to straighten it all out. Don't get me started on the charges, literally thousands of dollars in 9 months just at the vet alone and then thousands more at the internist.

Went to many veterinaries and this by far is the best. Staff and vets are nice and informative, not to mention the place looks and smells nice. The prices here are very competitive and affordable. Has received AA rating with Better Business Bureau.
