The staff here is the best. We moved away and it worries me to go to another vet after having such great care available. We have taken our cat Buddy to them several times and each has been a very positive experience. Our cat Buddy is VERY aggressive when at the vet, and they still handles him with care and compassion. They love your pets as much as you do.

I have been bringing my cat to IVC for over 2 years. She is sometimes difficult at the vet but this husband and wife team makes her feel comfortable- WOW! They answer EVERY question I have and take their time. I have never felt that they rushed me, even when I know they were busy. No one there has ever pushed a service on me. They let you know what is available and how much it costs. My cat is like my child, and they totally respect that bond. Last year she was put under for a teeth cleaning- I was terrified. They called me as soon as she was waking to let me know she was fine, and I could come when she was more aware. Not many places care to let you know anything except the bill. Also my cat had a rxn once to an anti-vomiting medicine. The doctor called the manufacturer immediately, gave me free treatment for the rxn, and called me every morning until she was better. They care for pet, owner, and always manage slip something in for free. I am satisfied every time with this clinic

I first went to them with an injured bunny. I was a college student at the time and could not afford a lot. Dr. Michelle Bryan then informed me that my bunny had broken her back and needed to be put to sleep. When I told her of my financial situation, she offered to cover half the cost. Since then,I ahave adopted ferrets and I take both of my ferrets there for any needs. The staff remembers your name and face and send condolance cards when you lose a pet. I have had pets all my life and this is the BEST verterinarian office I have ever been to. They truley care about your animal and try to do what is best for them! I cannot stress enough how wonderful both of the vets are, ( Dr. Bart Bryan sees my ferrets). They are the kindest, most reliable, wonderful vets ever!

This clinic has outstanding, caring staff. It's very evident everyone truly shares in the belief that animals deserve the best care.
