Bloated prices. Pushy staff. This hospital will charge you 2-3 times more for any service than any other clinic in the area!! Boarding prices are out the roof. The staff will push you to feed your dogs science diet and push you to give your dogs unnecessary vaccines. Routine surgeries (spays and neuters) are way too much. There was one time I took a dog in and they charged me $100 just to give him benadryl!!! I had another dog neutered there, it cost well over $250. Took them 2 days to get to him because they were "busy" and when he was done his incision was so red and so irritated! It looked like they had butchered him! That was the last time I ever used them.

High dollar for low class services and overall rude people to deal with. I used them one time in August of 2013 and will never use them again. Avoid this business.

LOVE YOUR PET? THEN DON'T USE THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE ONLY IN THE BUSINESS FOR THE MONEY AND DEFINETLY UNCARING ABOUT YOUR FAMILY PET. EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR YOUR VISIT, GET YOUR RX, DON'T EXPECT TO GET ONE IN HAND SO YOU CAN FIND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. THEY REFUSED TO HAND ME MY RX AND TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO GET IT THERE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD MATCH THE PRICE AND THEY REFUSED. THEY WAIT IS LONG, THE STAFF IS RUDE, AND THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS! RESEARCH AND GO ELSEWHERE!

front staff not attentive to customers; doctors seem overly involved in the reimbursement aspect of their care; I felt "fleeced" each time I have carried my pets there (as opposed to other vets in this area.
