Dr. Simpson told me my puppy had Parvo, wanted $800 for a deposit and that he needed to be hospitalized. She told me he basically was extremely sick, near death, and prognosis very poor. Crying, upset, I called my mother who insisted I get a second opinion. Following her advice, my fiance and I took him to another vet (amazing, by the way, see Upper Cumberland Vet Clinic's review soon). They took one look, and said "No way that dog has Parvo." Kept him two nights for severe dehydration, gave him all his vaccines and treated him like one of their own for $169.50. And yes, retested him for Parvo (twice, actually). Both tests were negative. My pup had Coronavirus. Dr. Simpson and staff are about money, plain and simple. They will not treat your pet with love and care. I cannot encourage people enough to avoid this clinic.
