I am sorry that Dr. Jacoby retired. He is one of two of the best, most competent and caring veterinarians I have ever been to. He took excellent care of two different dogs that I had and did not gouge me on costs. Alice Thomas

I've never had a bad experience at the PET DOC. The Garcia family takes all their amimals to Dr. Jacoby. He extracted 3 teeth from my cat stinker for $250, less than half the estimates I got from a Roseville and Citrus Heights vets they both wanted $600.00. PET DOC has the best prices in town and I've been accepted fast with all of my appointments.Sincerely, Kent Garcia

I have taken my dog, Sophie, to Dr Jacoby all her life. Dr. is a terrific vet! The office is small, but clean and run efficently. His prices are very reasonable, and he is an excellent surgeon. Sophie's mom

I brougt in an obviously sick stray cat. The plus was that I was able to get an appointment right away. Minus was the crude receptionist and that the doctor failed to do the FeLV test as a diagnostic. I ended up taking the cat to another vet, who diagnosed FeLV and euthanized this very sick animal. $300.00 wased.
