The most loving and caring staff I've ever seen. My dog was in distress when I brought him , and this one secretary came grabbed him and carried him while she was working . She fell in love with my little max. It is very clean and well taken care of, the doctors are very well trained and have a huge knowledge on all fields. Absolutely the best animal clinic in st.albert

I have been taking my animals, along with the ones I rescue and re-home to Dr. Burgess for I bet 25 years plus. The vets (Including Dr. Milley who sad for us has moved on)have always been so knowledgeable and caring. And what I love best is if they can't figure something out, they are not afraid to say they don't know, all while being only charged the one office visit. I think it takes a big person to say they just don't know. I respect that. The staff are so caring and helpful and although I agree, one negative person can bring down the whole business, I have not had any issues. I do hope however, that your complaints have been politely brought forward to Dr. Burgess. As an owner/manager myself, I can't fix what I don't know is broken. The important thing is how my animal is treated when I come, and these vets are top notch! I too travel a very long distance to bring my animals here, no one else simply compares!

As a long time customer, I feel very confident when taking our dog into this clinic, and always give recommendations to friends. The vets are so knowledgeable, and seem to go above and beyond for your animal. The front staff is always friendly, and helpful answering questions. However, I have recently encountered one staff member that brings down the great moral of the team. (Brunette younger woman - who seems to have been mentioned in previous reviews) I have been victim to her rudeness firsthand. Her attitude is something to be of concern, and she treats both her fellow staff and customers with disrespect. It's unfortunate that such an awesome clinic is being represented by such a negative person.

I have been coming to St Albert Animal Clinic for over 20 years. The staff has always been absolutely amazing. They often have to deal with emotional or difficult situations, and have always handled things with the utmost respect, care and compassion. The medical care given to my pets has been first rate. The front end staff go out of their way to see that our needs are looked after. They always get you an appointment in a timely manner when your pet is ill. Dr Burgess and her staff are the best! I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone!

Judging from the last few reviews, I see I am not alone in my opinion on the front end staff. The vet was really quite good. She was very thorough with our dog. The girl at the front desk ( I think she's the owners daughter) was beyond rude. My husband was 30 seconds away from telling her off. We will never go back and we will make sure and let everyone we know how badly we were treated. This girl is a snotty little witch. There was another couple in the waiting room and they said the same thing to us. They were sitting there shaking their head at this girl. This clinic has really gone downhill. The owner always looks like she pissed off too.

The clinic has changed. They don't take the time out anymore to really care about your animal. I have to agree they care more about paperwork then your anmials and the front staff are very rude. This is the last time I will go to this vet.

We brought our dog in as an emergency. The staff at the front desk were not friendly and were to worried about the paperwork to find a vet to help us. The vet was sympathetic and caring. We are still waiting for our dog's ashes 2 weeks later after being promised them 3 days to a week. This is not the first time I have been dissapointed by the lack of professionalism by the receptionists, but it will certainly be the last! I hope they don't treat their own pets the way they cared for ours.

Those people are amazing! Listening to us and have our animal'swell being always in mind. They are professional and give us good advice. Thanks to Dr.Milley to help our dogs getting better while they are sick.

Have gone to see Dr.Burgess and her staff for the past 20 years, over that time have brought in 2 dogs and 6 cats. The staff and vets at this facility are absolutely outstanding. I love the fact that I can bring my pets in at any time and know the quality of care is exemplary. I recommend the clinic to everywhere, no matter what part of Edmonton they live in - it's worth the drive!

It's too bad that this website doesn't offer better than good because that doesn't even come close to describing Dr. Burgess and her staff. We were waiting to go and see Dr. Burgess with our little Spanky when I started to write this and then suddenly he took a turn for the worse and we had to rush him there. Dr. Burgess put our beloved Spankydawg to sleep and while it was a sad time for us their care and compassion made an impossible situation bearable! We could have done this three days ago, but in our minds there was only one lady that we wanted to put our little guy to sleep and that was Kelly Burgess, an amazing, caring and compassionate Vet so we waited for her! We has Spankydawg for longer than we thought we would because of the fabulous care that she gave to him! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I am new to this clinic. I am extremely inpressed by the staff and Dr. Miley already for the time and patience of my dog. Murphy has many allergies and in the short time we have seen Dr. Miley she has made more recommnedations to help Murphy then other locations we have been to in St'Albert.i like the fact that they do free re-check's and not only interested in charging me for each appointment that we figure his allergies out. THANK-YOU :)

I have been taking my pets to the st Albert animal clinic for years. I have not a bad thing to say about this clinic. The staff go above and beyond and treat their clients and patients like gold. I very highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking helpful, friendly, competent veterinary care for their cats and dogs. Thank you St Albert Animal Clinic!!!

I have been taking all my animals to this clinic for almost 20 years. All the staff at this clinic are so caring and compassionate, I can't say enough good things about them. They have taken such good care of my senior animals until it's time to say goodbye and then they helped me say goodbye. I'm bringing our new family members in now and they are just as great & interested in them. I drrive in from west of Stony Plain to see the vets at this clinic. They treat you like family. LOVE this vet clinic!! I have been to all of the clinics in st albert at one time or another and this is the only one I will ever bring my animals to now. Had so many bad experiences with the others. Could not find better service here! The staff went out of their way to form a personal relationship with me and my pets. I find rates to be quite reasonable for a vet clinic- they would never go out of their way to rip someone off. I highly recommend the St Albert Animal Clinic. All of the vets I've seen are spectacular!

This is a vet where you are not just a number to them. Dr. Millie takes the time to answer all your questions and makes herself available to phone calls for any concerns or other questions. I highly recommend this Vet.

Dr. Burgess & Dr. Millie are the best! We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. The staff is always friendly too. We called them when our dog ate chocolate and they said to bring him in right away. When we got there, they took him in immediately! We have always received the best service possible whether it's a routine appointment or an emergency. They are proffesional and compassionte and love animals.

We have been going to Dr. Burgess for around 15 years. She looked after our one dog all the way through his life and has been looking after our second dog since he was a puppy as well. She is amazing and the staff make the experience comfortable as possible for the animals. I have a new puppy that was just born today that you bet will be headed to see Dr. Burgess. She treats animals with compassion and love, and does not rush through exams.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Burgess for 17 years! She has always provided first rate service! If my cats were ever ill, she figured out the problem and treated them quickly! I have two healthy, elderly lovely cats, and I owe a lot of that to Dr. Burgess and the care and knowledge that she has used when dealing with our cats. She understands that your pet is another member of the family. The new clinic is clean and efficient and the staff has always been nothing but kind and considerate to us!!

I recently had to bring my cat in as an emergency. Dr. Burgess was very caring and gave my cat excellent care. My cat is now recovering and feeling a lot better. NB. When I walked in a week later to get more medicine, she happened to be at the front desk. She recognised me and asked about my cat and how she was doing. Surprised and pleased me. Thank you Dr. Burgess!!

Over a period of 12 years, I have taken six different dogs to Dr. Burgess. I have always received exemplary service. I appreciate that Dr. Burgess tells it like it is and does not recommend treatments that are not necessary. The prices are very reasonable and I have always felt that the health and well-being of my dogs is the most important thing. I would strongly recommend Dr. Burgess and this clinic to all pet lovers.

We brought our large dog to Dr. Burgess at the St. AB Animal Clinic today. She was in serious pain because of impacted anal glands, and the St. AB Animal Clinic shuffled appointments so they could see our dog on short notice. The attention and care we got was first-rate. The desk staff were very polite and sincerely interested in our dog's well being. Dr. Burgess is a very experienced and caring vet, who gave our dog very warm and very professional treatment. We very much recommend this clinic and Dr. Burgess if you live in St. Albert.

I think that the vet at this clinic was very good, but her staff leave much to be desired. The women at the front desk sometimes seem annoyed with their customers. I think that since they're the first people you encounter in the clinic they should be outgoing and enthusiastic.

Dr. K. Burgess and her staff treated our german shepherd with professionalism and diligent care. I was very pleased with her petside manner and how much she truly seems to love her work as a veterinarian. Furthermore, the front end staff were very attentive and committed to details, further winning my confidence. We will certainly be going back with our other two german shepherds and our tabby cat... Dr. Burgess and her staff made a very positive impression on our family today.

Awesome staff, I have been bring my dogs to this clinic for approx. 16 years. Related well to my Great Dane and is super with the Labs I now have.
